We recommend taking two measuring scoops of Unique Violet Collagen mixed with water, juice or any liquid or cream, preferably one hour before bedtime. The explanation behind its unique violet colour? Its formula is rich in purple carrots (from California) and blueberries.
Our advice: one of the best ways to drink it is with lukewarm water, maximum 60ºC, which is the optimum temperature at which all the properties of the ingredients are maintained. The temperature effect with the cherry flavour enhances its taste and helps to improve body relaxation.

Unique Violet Collagen may cause some drowsiness. The 500 mg dose of melatonin can be taken alongside other medication being taken to aid sleep.
