a few weeks ago: Pharmacist Meritxell Martí presented her Glow Up method in Madrid, a complete treatment to restore radiance (glow) and firmness (up) to the skin. I also showed you this method in my Instagram stories as part of my nighttime skincare routine.

What is needed for the skin to stay firm and reflect light?
GLOW UP starts from the premise that to achieve the skin of your dreams, your digestive system needs to be healthy (it will absorb nutrients better) and the circulatory system needs to transport them.
What does the Glow Up Method involve?
Meritxell Martí has managed to combine the necessary anti-aging actives to keep the skin hydrated, radiant, and firm.
The Method consists of a DIETARY SUPPLEMENT and a serum.
