Super light custards with very few calories, gluten and lactose free, as they are prepared with coconut milk, contain a lot of fiber and thanks to the inulin and herbal mixture based on Ayurvedic medicine protects the digestive system, with a flat stomach effect. The kiwis are rich in vitamin C and will add an acid touch to the flan.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 4 gr agar agar powder
  • 100 gr of diced kiwifruit
  • 4 teaspoons of Unique Green Collagen
  • Grated peel of ½ lemon

Preparation

  1. Put the coconut milk in a saucepan, sprinkle the agar agar , stir lightly to dissolve.
  2. Bring to the boil.
  3. Let cool slightly.
  4. Add the Unique Green Collagen and mix the preparation well until it is well blended.
  5. Cut the kiwis into small pieces and add them to the bottom of the flan molds.
  6. Add the preparation to the molds until they are full.
  7. Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  8. Carefully unmold and decorate with kiwi pieces and sprinkle with Unique Green collagen.
